Ethiopians and
Foreign nationals of Ethiopian origin who are moving to
Ethiopia for good were allowed to take their belongings with
duty and duty free. However; The Federal Revenue and customs
authority has issued a directive that lifts this incentives.
Accordingly, Starting from 04/16/2009 The Embassy will not
give duty free services.
