Service Delivery

To avoid bureaucratic red tapes and to aid investors to deal with their issues with specific government organ, the office has taken several measures mainly to implement a ONE-STOP-SHOP approach.
This system guarantees and enables the office to issue investment permit, manage cases associated with commercial registration and operating licenses for domestic investors in evidencing a substantial improvement in line with service delivery.

Application for investment permit by a domestic investor is made in a form designed for such purpose and submitted together with the following items:

  • Where the application is signed by an agent, a photocopy of his power of attorney;
  • Where the investment made by an individual person, a photocopy of his identity card, or a photocopy of certificate evidencing his status as a domestic investor and his recent two passport size photographs;
  • Where the investment is made by a business organization. Photocopies of its memorandum of association and articles of association; or where the business organization is to be nearly established, in addition, photocopies of the share holders identity cards of photocopies of certificates evidencing their status as domestic investors.
  • Where the investment is made by a public enterprise, a photocopy of the regulation of its establishment or a photocopy of its memorandum of association or articles of association; and
  • Where the investment is to be made by a cooperative society, a photo copy of its Articles of association
